What do you eat before working out?
I like to work out early in the day. Partly because I feel like I work out better on an empty stomach. I don't know if that's good though... I've heard that you should eat something first. I do know that working out after a meal is bad. At least for me. I feel like I'm dragging and sometimes actually feel sick. Any suggestions?
hmm. my suggestion would be a high-energy food, like rice or tuna fish? at least, that's what the hubby is always telling me. but for breakfast? that doesn't sound too fun, does it  *taps chin in thought* ... hmmm..  how about a simple protein shake? i know peeps normally drink those AFTER a workout, but it'd probably be pretty good before one, too. i mean, its just a drink, technically, so its shouldnt be too heavy or hard on the stomach, true? yeah, that'd be my suggestion. i love those things! smiley-wink.gif
