hmm. my suggestion would be a high-energy food, like rice or tuna fish? at least, that's what the hubby is always telling me. but for breakfast? that doesn't sound too fun, does it *taps chin in thought* ... hmmm.. how about a simple protein shake? i know peeps normally drink those AFTER a workout, but it'd probably be pretty good before one, too. i mean, its just a drink, technically, so its shouldnt be too heavy or hard on the stomach, true? yeah, that'd be my suggestion. i love those things!
