Your healthy snack recipes

LOL!! dang, Eric! you are SOOO proving your worth on this site already!! that didnt' take long! LOLOL!!!   *giggles to self while scribbling recipes furiously onto piece of paper*

One of my favorite healthy snacks in a way is string cheese and raisins, Sometimes, I add pretzels.
When I go work out in the evevning time after work an hour before i go, I try to eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with green tea.  That gives me energy and cuts part of my cravings after working out.
