well!  i asked for some suggestions - and here they are!! thanks, J-man! those are all great ideas. i especially appreciate the snacks you recommended. i think that is the danger zone area for me, personally. yogurt with granola or granny smiths with peanut butter tend to get old after a while. and then i misbehave.  boredom (of the same old, same old snack foods LOL) is the devil's playground as they say! ;)  but the meals are intriguing, too. now.... to find a way to get the kiddos to agree to eat it! LOL! anyone got any suggestions there!! LOL!!   thanks, Jessie, for the tips!  :)
Thanks Jessie...this is exactly the kind of information that will help.  Day one had  no snacks...I ate pistachios, almonds, raisins and a banana instead. No Christmas cookies either !   I had yogurt and OJ for breakfast, 1/2 tuna fish on whole wheat (light mayo used), dinner was left over white fish from a restaurant.  I've been drinking 100% grape juice and water.  I need to go shopping because now I have an idea of what to buy!

Cool- thanks, Jessie! I just finished a three week cleanse today (the Clean Program) and am finally at my goal weight of 180 lb!! Now my goal is to maintain eating totally clean (as above)...

Thanks for the tips meal plan but I noticed that there is no juice of any kind. While I understand that fruit juice tends to be high in sugar does this mean that we should avoid vegetable juice as well because it is better to eat whole fruit or vegetables? Something I recently started eating is quinoa, which is another source of protein and you can enjoy it as either a side dish or part of a salad. Are there any other quinoa consumers out there?
I love quinoa too.

i will give the meal plans a try. My doc just said my blood pressure is up...a first for me but then again i am under the holiday stress of my job so I guess its time to take extra care of my mind and body! I did the SBD for a few weeks so this meal plan wont kill me! :)

Would it be possible that you repost these?  I missed them the first time and really want to check them out.  smiley-innocent.gif
