swimmers shoulders?
Hi all, is it genetics, body type, skeleton / frame,  or is it possible to build / work your shoulder related muscle so that the shape of the body has a more right angle neck to shoulder line ? Essentially, swimmer 'like' shoulders?

I do believe it is possible to get the shoulders that you are referring to through proper form and technique with your exercises.  You want to make sure you that in the process of building your shoulders up you don't neglect other parts of the body.

Jessie, like Steve I want stronger shoulders. I know that I can't just focus on that muscle group, but I would really like to know what moves are great for shapeing the shoulders? How many resps/sets? How many days a week? How heavy should I be lifting?
